Since opening our doors in 2010, we've been committed to serving the Sisters community and beyond. Shop founders, Casey Meudt and Jacquie Zanck are longtime locals and bike enthusiasts who wanted to create a full-service bike shop that was as passionate about the community as it was about biking.

 

We believe that biking is more than just a fun way to exercise—it's also an essential part of a thriving community.  That's why we're proud to be stewards of the amazing local trails and natural beauty that make Sisters, Oregon, such a special place to ride. We strongly support Sisters Trails Alliance (STA), Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA), and Explore Sisters, and we are co-founders of Bike Park 242. In addition to not just serving our natural surroundings, we run a holiday bike drive to donate bikes to locals in need every year. To this date, our efforts have brought nearly 500 bikes to new owners.

 

Customer service is our top priority. We treat people how we like to be treated; whether you're a pro racer or a first-time rider, you will receive the same top-notch assistance from one of our awesome team members. And we don’t just talk the talk—we've received several awards and been voted one of America's Best Bike Shops for several years running.

 

We're continually investing in our staff's education and training, as well as our shop's equipment and systems. Our certified and trained experts in our service department ensure we provide top-tier service on all bikes. On the show floor, you’ll find one of the largest selections of bikes, parts, accessories, and cycling clothing in Central Oregon.

 

We accept that we’ll never be perfect, but we’re constantly striving to be better. In fact, every time we make a minor shop improvement, Casey likes to say, "we're one step closer to being a real bike shop." However, in our opinion, becoming a real bike shop isn’t striving toward some final destination; it’s aiming to make the most of the never-ending journey along the way.
